Returns
If you wish to return this product, we accept unused product returns and will refund your purchase price (shipping not included). Please note, refunds will not be granted until the returned product has been received and processed. If the product does not meet restocking standards, a partial refund may be granted. Diamond Soft is not responsible for return shipping fees.
Replacements
Our product has a lifetime guarantee. If it ever becomes damaged, just email photos of the damage to us and we will gladly send you a replacement.
Third-Party Retailer
If your Diamond Soft Foot Scrubber was purchased from a third party retailer, please check their return policy. If unable to return, please provide proof of purchase (if available) and photos of damage via email and we will send you a replacement.
My Diamond Soft is damaged. It was a gift. I have no proof of purchase.
