Returns

If you wish to return this product, we accept unused product returns and will refund your purchase price (shipping not included). Please note, refunds will not be granted until the returned product has been received and processed. If the product does not meet restocking standards, a partial refund may be granted. Diamondsoft is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Replacements

The diamond abrasive head has a lifetime guarantee. If it ever loses its scrubbing ability, just email photos/video of the issue to us and we will gladly send you a replacement.

Third-Party Retailer

If your Diamondsoft Foot Scrubber was purchased from a third party retailer, please check their return policy. If unable to return, please provide proof of purchase (if available) and photos/video of the issue via email and we will send you a replacement.

My Diamondsoft doesn't scrub anymore. It was a gift. I have no proof of purchase.
